Shipping

Our standard processing time is 1-3 business days. We'll send an email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

For U.S. orders, your order will typically arrive 1-6 business days after being shipped, depending on your location.
For orders outside of the United States, please allow up to 2 weeks for your order to arrive. This can vary based on delays with customs clearance, inspections and other external shipping factors.
 

Returns/Exchanges

Sorry things didn’t work out! We’re happy to get the returns process started for you! Please email us at hello@shopyote.com to initiate your return or exchange. 

For U.S. orders, we accept returns of unused items within 30 days from the date of delivery.

Returned items cannot show any signs of use, wear, tear, marks, scratches, alterations, or any kind of damage. Products must have their original packaging. We reserve the right to reject any returned items with personal items left inside the product, as it indicates signs of use. We are not responsible for any products left inside returned products. Such items will not be returned and will be discarded or donated. We suggest you test the compatibility of your item prior to use, to ensure you are still eligible for a return, should the item not meet your needs.
